Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon Fody Garlic-Infused Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Place shrimp in an 8"x 8" baking dish.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the white wine, garlic-infused oil, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, and pepper and stir.
  • Pour butter mixture over top of shrimp.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
