Low FODMAP Baked Shrimp Scampi

- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon Fody Garlic-Infused Oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place shrimp in an 8"x 8" baking dish.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add the white wine, garlic-infused oil, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, and pepper and stir.
Pour butter mixture over top of shrimp.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
