Low FODMAP Creamy Feta Dressing

A creamy dressing made of lactose-free kefir, bold feta cheese, and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon FODY Garlic Infused Oil
  • 1 cup Lactose-Free, Plain, Low-Fat Kefir (see my discussion above)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and garlic-infused oil until combined. Slowly whisk in the kefir until smooth. Stir in the basil, oregano, salt, pepper and feta cheese. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
