Ingredients
4 to 5ouncessmoked salmon
1cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese(white or yellow)
1/2cuplight mayonnaise(I like Hellmann's)
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoondried dill
1teaspoondried chives
1thinly sliced scallion, green part only
Instructions
Remove skin from salmon and discard. Combine the salmon, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the dill, chives and scallion.
