Cut bread diagonally into 1” slices. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic infused oil. Lightly spread butter mixture onto both sides of each slice of bread. Reassemble loaves of bread and wrap each in aluminum foil.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until butter and cheese is melted. (If using “take and bake” sourdough bread, you might want to unwrap the bread and continue to bake a few more minutes until crusty and golden brown.)
