Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well-combined.
Chill for several hours before serving.
Serve with pretzels (gluten-free if needed).

Check ingredients label for FODMAPs. I found HyVee brand, French's, and Sir Kensington's do not contain onion or garlic. (Note that the term "spices" on ingredient labels typically do not include onion or garlic. Read more here.)
If you don’t tolerate spicy foods, Dijon mustard can be used instead.
Don’t need low FODMAP? Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder and replace garlic oil with vegetable oil.
