Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in millet and FODY Chicken Base. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in broccoli. Return to a simmer, cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Uncover and continue to cook if needed, until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and butter until melted. Serve.
