In a cocktail shaker, combine the cranberry juice, vodka, sweetened lime juice, orange juice and orange bitters with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Please note that although vodka is low-FODMAP, alcohol can be a gut irritant. To make a non-alcohol version of this cocktail, omit the vodka and add a splash of sparkling water instead (after shaking and pouring into the glass).
