1/2cuplight mayonnaise(I use Hellmann's)
1tablespoondried chives
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce(optional)
1/4teaspoonground paprika
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
salt to taste
Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. The dressing tastes best after sitting in the fridge at least several hours.
