Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Low-FODMAP Taco Seasoning (see recipe below)

cup
Low-FODMAP Chicken Broth or Stock
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Combine the taco seasoning and chicken broth and pour over top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks and serve in the flavorful juices if desired.
