  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Unwrap the Hershey Kisses or break the dark chocolate into squares.
  • Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and egg with a mixer or by hand. Blend until smooth.
  • Roll dough into 36 3/4-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a Kiss or square of chocolate in the center of each cookie.
  • Transfer cookies to cooling rack.

Notes

*If you are unable to find Dark Chocolate Kisses, you can use small squares of your favorite dark chocolate instead.
