Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Kisses
(or small squares of dark chocolate)

cane sugar
1
cup
creamy peanut butter
1
large egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Unwrap the Hershey Kisses or break the dark chocolate into squares.
Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and egg with a mixer or by hand. Blend until smooth.
Roll dough into 36 3/4-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a Kiss or square of chocolate in the center of each cookie.
Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
Notes
*If you are unable to find Dark Chocolate Kisses, you can use small squares of your favorite dark chocolate instead.
