16oz.firm or extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained
3tablespoonsnutritional yeast
3tablespoonslemon juice
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Crumble the tofu in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Drizzle over top of the tofu and toss gently to combine.
