I thought I’d try a new type of post. One in which I feature some of my favorite low-FODMAP recipes in different categories. Also, one in which I don’t have to feature a new recipe that I haven’t had time to create because my life has been a disaster lately and I’m so stressed I don’t know which end is up and I’ve forgotten how to breathe and my back is still killing me. Did I mention I’m stressed?
My mom recently had another health scare. Thankfully, she is doing much better now and it appears the doctors may have found out why she has stopped breathing twice now. So the past few weeks I have either been working or at the hospital. Everything else has had to be put on the back burner. Plus, my back is still out of whack. Although it’s better, I’m still not able to function normally. Or exercise. Exercise is essential to my mental health, so not being able to work out has made everything worse. Time for another trip to the doctor.
Well, back to this post. I decided to round up some of my favorite fish and seafood recipes for those of you observing Lent. It’s no secret that I love fish and seafood and don’t need a special occasion to enjoy it. I hope you enjoy these recipes too!
